Harrison Ford Gets Police Escort Amid Pacific Palisades Fire Evacuation

Like many celebrities, Harrison Ford has not been able to escape the destruction of the Pacific Palisades wildfires.

The “Star Wars” actor was photographed on Wednesday getting a police escort to check on the state of his Brentwood home.

Many celebrities, like “When Harry Met Sally” comedian Billy Crystal and “Silence of the Lambs” actor Anthony Hopkins have lost their homes in the blaze. Fortunately for Harrison Ford, it looks like his home is not gone just yet, but he was forced to evacuate on Wednesday as the fires spread.

The 82-year-old actor was photographed parked outside his Brentwood neighborhood, looking visibly distressed as houses burned nearby. At one point, he got into a police car to get a personal escort from the LAPD to check on the fate of his Brentwood estate, which he purchased for $12.6 million back in 2011.

In photographs obtained by The Daily Mail, Ford was dressed in a black overcoat thrown over a dark tee-shirt. He wore blue jeans and black boots as he joined his neighbors, looking visibly concerned. The “Indiana Jones” actor’s wife, Calista Flockhart, and his children did not appear to be with him
