This is what Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, Brad and Angelina’s first biological child, looks like today

Numerous instances have demonstrated how the on-screen rapport between actors collaborating on a film set can swiftly transition into their personal lives. A notable example is the well-known former couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. During the filming of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2004, Pitt was still wed to the charming Jennifer Aniston; however, this did not prevent the Hollywood star from developing feelings for the alluring Jolie, ultimately leading to the creation of “Brangelina,” one of the most celebrated couples globally.

The film served as a catalyst for our unexpected collaboration, leading us to engage in various adventurous activities. Over time, we developed a unique friendship and partnership that emerged quite spontaneously. A few months into the project, I found myself eagerly anticipating our work together. Every task we undertook brought us immense joy and fostered genuine teamwork. We naturally evolved into a cohesive duo, as Jolie expressed in an interview with People in 2006.

The two stayed together for 12 years and are parents to Angelina’s three adopted children Maddox, Zahara and Pax, and their three biological children, Shiloh and twins Vivienne and Knox.

The announcement of Jolie’s pregnancy generated significant media excitement and led to a frenzy among journalists. Paparazzi closely tracked the couple’s movements, as the global audience eagerly awaited the arrival of their first child. Various magazines were reportedly willing to pay up to $1 million for an exclusive photograph of the child, who had already achieved celebrity status prior to birth.

New York magazine wrote at the time, “Not since Jesus has a baby been so eagerly anticipated.”

Shiloh was born May 27, 2006, and Pitt and Jolie sold the photo of her for whooping $14 million, money they donated to UNICEF.

The couple expressed, “As we rejoice in the arrival of our daughter, we are acutely aware that each year, 2 million infants in the developing world do not survive their first day. These lives can be preserved, but this requires that governments globally prioritize this critical issue.”

Shiloh, who would be 16 soon, has practically been under the spotlight since forever.

She appears to have taken after her renowned parents, exuding beauty. Nevertheless, her choice of attire has sparked considerable discussion among her admirers. Additionally, she has requested that her family refer to her as John rather than by her birth name.

In an interview with Oprah, Pitt shared, “She prefers to be addressed as John. John or Peter. It’s reminiscent of Peter Pan. Therefore, we must refer to her as John.” He continued, “Shi, would you like…?” to which she responded, “John. I’m John.” I then asked, “John, would you care for some orange juice?” and she replied, “No!” Such interactions may be endearing to parents, yet they might be perceived as quite bothersome by others.

Jolie expressed her daughter’s desire to adopt a male appearance, stating to Vanity Fair, “She wishes to be a boy. Consequently, we decided to cut her hair. She prefers to wear boys’ clothing and believes she is one of the brothers.”

Neither Pitt nor Jolie, however, seemed to have a problem with this. They supported their girl in whatever she chose to be.

Jolie shared that her daughter wants to dress like a boy. In an interview with Vanity Fair, she said, “She wants to be a boy, so we decided to cut her hair. She loves wearing boys’ clothes and feels like she’s one of the brothers.”

Jolie shared that her parents almost named their first child Shiloh Baptist, but sadly, they had a miscarriage. She explained that her dad had been hunting in Georgia, and that name felt like the most southern one they could think of for their baby girl.

Since the couple broke up, they have set up some custody rules that are working out nicely, allowing all the kids to have time with both their mom and dad. Pitt and Jolie are really dedicated parents who always try their best to make sure their kids are happy and healthy.

Brad feels really proud of Shiloh and the person she has grown into. He appreciates how she always remains authentic and treats her siblings with kindness, a source shared with ET, mentioning that they have a strong bond.

Jolie, a role model for many girls and a strong feminist, talked about how important women are on International Women’s Day. She shared, “I’ve been in and out of surgeries with my oldest daughter, Zahara, for the past two months, and just recently, I saw her younger sister, Shiloh, have hip surgery. My hope for today is that we appreciate girls, take care of them, and understand that as they grow stronger, they will be healthier and able to contribute more to their families and communities.”

In 2021, Shiloh amazed everyone when she showed up with her famous mom at the premiere of Marvel’s “Eternals.” She wore a stunning Dior gown that her mom, Angelina, had previously worn at a press conference for the movie “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” in 2019. Shiloh had grown her hair out into a bun, and she looked absolutely gorgeous.
